Detonator drivers version 41.80 for Windows 2000/XP. It's dated 11/27/2002 and was released by Creative Labs - this seems to be the first (?) NVidia driver package to fully support DirectX 9.0

There is no auto-setup file, you have to update the driver manually.
Remember to uninstall your current drivers properly before installing this version!
